#42 - Buy a new dress for first wedding anniversary

May 28, 2012 is my wedding anniversary. Today I have been married for a year; however, today is also Memorial Day so we were fortunate enough to have off of work, but also many places we wanted to go to were closed today so we celebrated yesterday (and of course, today).

Last night as part of our celebration festivities we went to a fancy shmancy restaurant called Donovan's in Gaslamp.

Here I am all dressed up in the new dress, and also wearing my jewelry from the wedding. Behind me is the bay and Coronado. We had a wonderful time celebrating our first year of marriage and I look forward to many, many more years with my husband.

What do I blog about?

Hello friends. I know there a few of you out there who have been so patiently waiting to hear from me again. ::waves to Alex:: The truth is I have no idea what to blog about. I have really been struggling since my husband and I went through a miscarriage that it's left me speechless in the blog world.

Almost everyday i open my blog and just stare at it for a few minutes before I close it again. I just can't bring myself to write about anything. All the thoughts I have are personal, but are they too personal for this blog? I don't know and so I just close the tab and move on until the next

What is even the point of this post? I have no idea, but hey, this is the best I can do for right now.
